Diamond saw blades for general purpose cutting - laser welded, matrix & arrow groove segments
Laser welded general purpose cutting diamond dry cutters with matrix & arrow groove segments for fast dry cutting various hard, medium, soft stone such as granite, marble, sandstone, limestone, etc. without water or with less water, arrow grooves on the segments is benefit for fast coolant and chip removal.
Under same bond condition, the cutting speed and life of blades with diamond matrix segments are both minimum 20% more than other regular blades.
Also we can make the segments bond for cutting other materials such as concrete, asphalt, ceramic, bricks, etc. or the bond for general purpose.
Dry or wet use, water coolant is benefit for longer cutting life.
Usually used on: angle grinders, table saws, high speed power saws, masonry saws, handheld saw machines.
Bore size: 15.88mm(5/8"), 20.00mm, 22.23mm(7/8"), 50mm, 60mm or as per demand.
