This 3 stpes diamond pad is usually for polishing white or light color stone, it is made by high grade diamonds and quality resin, it is designed greatly for polishing granite marble and engineered stone in short time, it just needs 3 step, the surface of stone will be as smooth as the ones using the normal 8 step polishing pads.
3-step diamond polishing pads for natural and engineered stone is an efficient and cost effective way for polishing countertops and slabs with polishers. They save much time and cost less compared to traditional 8-step pads.
Using from rough grit to fine grit, there is no need to use a final polishing disc, however if finally via buff polishing will get a better polishing result. A significant time savings of 35–45% can be achieved using this system. It is important not to mix this system with normal diamond polishing pads, as the grits will not coincide, therefore defeating the step savings.
It is used by portable grinder or other manual operated machines. Velcro color coded for easy identification along with Velcro backed for quick pads changes.
Wet polishing with sufficient water feeding, dry use is available.
